WOW I have never been as scared as I was today. Today we were sailing along and out of know where we were attacked by some natives on land. Many on deck are hurt and one was killed. Today in the mist of battle with the foreigners I stuck my head out to see there faces and as soon as I did a bullet whistled by my head scraping my ear, I am lucky to be alive now. But as fast as the battle started it ended.

After cleaning the boat and starting to sail again, a fog arose and we were stranded for 2 days, it was horrible. Can you imagine not being able to see for 2 days straight, it was awful words cant explain how bad it was. Marlow wouldn’t shut up, I almost cut his throat but before i could my young native friend held me back. Man I regret getting on this boat, I want to go HOME!!!! 

I am not going to lie, I havent done much of any reading. But the book that I am reading is pretty not good i think. I am reading Hulla balloo and its not my favorite book. I really havent had enough time to get into it, I have just had way to much homework in my mind. But i did get to read it some this weekend and I have got to say it is getting better.

I dont really think Hulla Baloo has alot in common with our book Heart of Darkness. I might be wrong but i dont really see anything. But there is a problem, I really am not into either of the books so that might be the reason I dont no if there is anything in common between them. But I will keep trying my best to read them and stay up with the outside class reading.

This weekend started off horribly. Friday night I was hanging out with a friend of mine from Catholic High. So it was about 9:30 and we really wanted some Chick Fil A, so we drove and got some. But when we were leaving I realized that they got our order wrong, so I gave my phone and wallet to my friend and he went back to the car with that and the drinks while I went and asked them about our order.

After getting the order corrected I ran to the car and we left to go back home. When we got back home I realized that hunter didnt have my phone or wallet with him. So we hurried back to Chick Fil A and while there we found them in the middle of the parking lot. My phone was ran over but the wallet was ok. So Hunter had to by me a new phone, but he didnt have enough money because the phone I had was 400$ so now Im without a phone and I dont think I will be getting one anytime soon so I am really mad about that. But other then that my weekend we pretty fun!!!!

WOW, did anyone watch the Ryder cup??? This year was the first year in like 15 years that the united states one. If you dont no what the Ryder cup is, it is a Golf tournament between Europe and The United States. There are 12 players on each team and they have deffernet compatitions against each other.

How about then TIGERS. That was a great game. I thought we were going to loose as soon as Lee got put in the game. But he did well. It was a great game. But I dont no Goergia is looking really good, there running back is already my heisman winner. Its gunna be close.

Why am I on this boat? Why does nothing work? Why do I absolutly hate Marlow? I’m ready to go back home to my native fellow men. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The other day some how some way there was a fire on the boat, like how does a boat, thats in water, catch on fire? So we started to try and put out the fire, but guess what? The only bucket we had on the boat had a whole in it, i mean thats rediculous. When getting on this boat i thought it would be fun, I might make some money, and who knows make some friends (which i still dont have). I want off this stupit boat right now. I want to go back home to my native land with my mommy….

Now for Marlow, I hate that chatter box. He is more annoying then a freaking tella tuby (I dont no what a tella tuby is but is sounds annoying). Marlow keeps on going on and on about his stupit stories, they suck, god i want to shot him! When we crashed the steamer on the rocks he put us to work like slaves, i aint no slave no mo. I be about to kill the fool.

Modern art and modern lit are kind of the same thing in my mind. I think one of the main things they have in common is them both always talking about the death and life. It seems like they always are talking, and showing about life in death in everything that is “MODERN”. For example my modern art has alot to do with the life and death cycle.

Summer Days

Mordern Art……This is a painting by Goergia O’Keefe. I think this painting could mean many things, but what stands out to me the most is almost like the cycle of life/death. I think the skull in the middle of the painting could mean nothing but death. O’keefe made the skull so big, I think he was trying to show that death is unavoidable. But the flowers just below the skull could represent life. I think O’keefe made the flowers so much smaller then the skull the represent that life is short lasting, and that death is unavoidable, and after your death the world will still go on.

IM PRETTY HAPPY RIGHT NOW! WE ARE ABOUT TO GET OUT OF SCHOOL FOR LIKE A WEEK BECAUSE OF GUSTEV. ALSO I JUST GOT INVITED TO PLAY GOLF WITH LIKE TIGER WOODS AND LIKE PHIL MICKELSON AND I AM PRETTY SURE I AM GOING TO LIKE DISTORY THEM BOTH, (not I wish). But I cant wait for this hurrican to hit, hurrican party at Richards house everyones invited, except for Ms. Duke (jk jk). But for real I just got done watching THE SUPER HERO MOVIE, I think that was the funniest movie of all time yall should go see it its salade. Happy Hurrican everyone!!! 

HullaBaloo!!! I dont really like it all that much right now. I think it is just not that interesting to me. I am hoping that it will get better as I go. I am only on the third chapter, so hopfully as I get farther into it it will grow on me and I slowly start liking it, IM sure it will. It has to!!

I dont know about yall but it seems like this whole blogging thing is EXPIDIENT but some what ARCANE. But this weekend I was watching the TV show wipeout, and this kid hit his head on the ground, and scrapped up his arm. Later you can see blood EXUDING from his arm as he GESTICULATES to all of his family. After a while his face started to turn red, and you could tell he was MORTIFIED by the accident. He family took his pain quiet LEVITLY and they seemed very IMPERTURBABLE that he was not badly hurt. Anyway, I am kind of scared about this hurrican Gustev. You can tell that it is only gaining power by the look of it PERIPHERY. I think that New Orleans should quickly think of a SUBTERFUGE to evacuate. HAVE FUN NOT HAVING SCHOOL ALL NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!
