Last week we learned a lot about Victorian Poetry, when i first heard we were learning about it, i thought it was going to be horrible and boring. As the week went on it started to get better and better. We have read a lot of Victorian Poetry type things like Jeckyll and Hyde and in our Victorian Poetry book. We also made a pretty cool short story rubric that is really going to help a lot.

In the Victorian time period a lot of things were different, the mood and tone always seem to be gloomy, with no hope of good things, and dark setting suck as Jeckyll and Hyde. Victorianism art and writings consist of many different themes; suck as utilitarianism with is the thought of everything having a purpose, and love winning in the end, which means connecting all thoughts by the end of the story; making sure everything makes since and there are not any stray thoughts. Also themes like rise of technology, but in my mind it seems like most Victorian writings have a lot to do with love.  

Thinking about writing our short stories, it scares me. It’s going to be really hard for me. I think that it will help me some more if I go through and read some more Victorian writings. After reading Jeckyll and Hyde and reading some Victorian poetry, I think my understanding of this writing style is alright, but it must get better in order to writing a short story. I need to work on learning this writing style some more so I’ve got to go!!!

Wow this class has been horrible lately. We are learning somthing like GDP or somthing like that, i have no idea how to do it.  its something like GDP = C+I+G, IDK. Then there is a formula like MV=PQ and DM=1/R. its the hardest thing i have ever learn in my life……..IT SUCKS.

The one thing i would have done different would be me paying attention in his class. we have a horrible class it me tommy richard patrick garrett ross brandon mike elliot josh matt sayer and jonathen, and knowbody ever listens. so its really hard for me to pay attention. But i am going to change that though.  have to get a good grade.

Early in the week in Mathamatics we learned how to add and subtract matrix, then later in the week we learned how to multiply matrix. But we had a quiz on all this on friday, and the last two questions were on somthing we didnt learn, and thay were solving matrix for x and y and i think that i did pretty good on that.

One thing that was really confussing with me at first was when you multiply matrix, you have to have as many columns in the first matix as the number of rows in the second one. The thing that i thought i did well was, when you multiply matrix you have to multipy the first columns by the second row, then the first column by the second row and so on. It takes so long and it is very confussing.

Last weekend was quiet busy. On friday I went to Alexandria to go to a golf tournament! So on friday i went to the course and played a practice round. Then after the round I went Trick or Treating. It was quiet amazing. haha i dressed up like a golf.

Then I played in the tournament on Saturday and after my round i came back to the BR and went to Dunhams homecoming with Natalie, it was not fun at all. I didnt get home from that until 1, so I went to bed around 130. I woke up the next morning at 5 to drive back up the Alexandria for the second day of the tournament. I ended up winning so it was a good weekend.!!!!

Oh do I love research papers! In my mind teachers make students do research papers so that the student will not have a good grade in there class. As for how the paper is going for me, its not going to well. I think I have about a page and half completed, which is not good at all. Today i finished my outline and my thesis, but for some reason I think it has nothing to do with the book Hullabaloo in the Guava Orchard.

It is taking me quiet some time for me to finish this book, which is not good because i still havent finished it. But at some times the book is pretty good, but most of the time the book sucks, no lie! I really like the fact that we are doing a research paper but I wish it could be on a book that we wanted to read. OH WELL got to go READ
